Fighter Characters Don't Appear
If the fighter characters don't appear when you start a match, but you can hear crowd noise and referee commands, your problem is likely due to insufficient video card memory. Tae Kwon Do World Champion requires at least 128mb of dedicated video card memory to run, and we recommend 256mb for optimal gameplay experience.
Game Freezes or Runs Slow During Match

If the game freezes at any point or runs slow while fighting a match, make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows® 2000/XP/Vista
  • Pentium 4® 2GHz or AMD® Athlon XP 2000+ (1.6GHz) Processor
  • 1gb RAM
  • 16-bit sound card
  • DirectX® 8.0 or higher
  • 128mb video card

We recommend a 256mb video card for best gameplay experience.

If you meet the minimum system requirements but are still experiencing problems, make sure your system does not have any resource-intensive processes or applications running while you are playing the game. This might include other programs being opened or system scanners (like a virus scanner) running. Simply restarting your computer and playing the game without any other applications running might correct the problem.

Installation Problems

If you are having trouble installing Tae Kwon Do World Champion, you can try one of the following remedies:

  1. If no error message appears, restart your computer and try installing again.
  2. Check and make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements. Remember that Tae Kwon Do World Champion works on Windows 2000, XP or Vista only. It does not work on Macintosh or Linux operating systems.
I Didn't Receive a CD Key
If you did not receive a CD key with your digital download purchase, please submit a support ticket and include your order number. We will re-send your download link and CD Key within 24 hours (usually much sooner).
CD Key Doesn't Work
If you get a CD-KEY invalid error while installing the game, please double-check your CD key and make sure you entered it correctly. The CD key is 25 alpha-numeric characters and is not case-sensitive.
I Accidentally Deleted My Player Profile. Can I Recover It?
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a deleted player profile. So be careful when deleting player profiles!
