Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping methods through the United States Postal Service (USPS), including first class, priority mail and express mail. Shipping Charges
The charge for shipping is calculated in real-time through USPS.com based on your zipcode and the weight of your order. In most cases, the shipping & handling charge for one game is about $5 for first class mail and about $7.50 for priority mail. These charges include delivery confirmation.
Shipping Time
All orders placed before 1:00PM PST on Monday - Friday are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM PST and on weekends and holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Tracking Information
The delivery confirmation or tracking number for your package will be sent to you by e-mail automatically as soon as your package has been processed by our shipping department. The availability of tracking information is dependent on the USPS system and the method of shipment. First class mail delivery confirmation, for example, will not provide location tracking online.

Physical Products
Unopened physical products with security seal in tact may be returned within 30 days of the date of original purchase for a full refund less shipping & handling charges.
Defective physical products will be replaced with a working copy within 90 days of the date of original purchase.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital download software, we cannot issue refunds after the CD key has been delivered. For this reason, we recommend installing the Tae Kwon Do World Champion free demo prior to buying the game to make sure it works on your computer. If the demo works, the full version will work.
