Unopened physical products with security seal in tact may be returned within 30 days of the date of original purchase for a full refund less shipping & handling charges.

Defective physical products will be replaced with a working copy within 90 days of the date of original purchase.

Digital Downloads 

Due to the nature of digital download software, we cannot issue refunds after the CD key has been delivered. For this reason, we recommend installing the Tae Kwon Do World Champion demo prior to buying the game to make sure it works on your computer.
