Today, Tae Kwon Do World Champion version 2.9.1 was released with several key updates and bug fixes, specifically for online play. The patch features:
- Online play bug fixes
- Who’s Online section of online play
- New rule updates
- 3-point head shots
- 2-point turning kicks
This patch is required to play online. To update, simply load the TKDWC Updater from your start menu:
Start > Programs > Tae Kwon Do World Champion > Check For Updates
The game will automatically update through that utility.
On the first day of Tae Kwon Do World Champion’s online play, dozens of players from all around the world fought each other in an action-packed day of gaming. Several players showed off superior game skills and made our first-ever top-10 ranking list. Check the home page of TKDGame.com to see the latest rankings.

The long-awaited public release of Tae Kwon Do World Champion’s online play module has now been announced!
This upgrade ONLY works with the full version of Tae Kwon Do World Champion. The demo does not have online play.
Once you run that EXE, your game will be updated and you can play online.
A video tutorial showing how online play works will be published next week. In the mean time, get the game and get ready to play online!
We are proud to announce a brand new website for Tae Kwon Do World Champion. We have received a lot of feedback from people who visited our old site, and hopefully the features we are offering now will be appreciated by those looking to find out more about the game, or those who already play the game.
The new website features a clearer layout, easy-to-use comment system, and RSS feeds of all news and updates. Additionally, we are offering a new media section where all screen shots and videos will be placed.
It is our hope that this new website along with the announcement of online play will bring even more people to Tae Kwon Do World Champion.
